Arne Slot has to make some very big decisions over his team sheet with the form of Mohamed Salah.

The Liverpool boss made some very interesting adjustments in the Champions League this week, which paid off when his side beat Eintracht Frankfurt 5-1 away from home to end their streak of consecutive losses.

One of those decisions taken by the manager on Wednesday was to drop Salah to the bench after his recent performances in all competitions for the Reds.

The Egyptian has been one of the club’s best players since he arrived in 2017 and has now cemented himself into the rich tapestry of Anfield’s greats with his brilliant performances, including in last year’s Premier League title win.

However, this season it has been far from it at the moment, and it seems that this rut that the 33-year-old has found himself in may continue for a little while longer, as Slot needs to decide for the Brentford game.
