Liverpool's transfer business in the summer of 2022 won't go down as a vintage window. Darwin Nunez, Fabio Carvalho and Ben Doak have already departed for pastures new, while the less said about the loan spell of Arthur Melo the better.

There was, though, another newcomer who has long been forgotten by supporters - Calvin Ramsay, who joined from Aberdeen for an initial £4million.

The right-back has made just two appearances for Liverpool's first team, the most recent of which is approaching three years ago now. And, after a string of disappointing loan spells, Ramsay is now in the process of restarting his career.
