England No.1 Jordan Pickford admits he is "happy at Everton" as he prepares to ink a new four-year deal with the Blues.

Pickford, 31, will sign a new deal with the Toffees later this week, putting pen-to-paper to keep him on Merseyside at Hill Dickinson Stadium until 2029.

It is just reward for Pickford, one of Everton's best players throughout his time, who has grown into a real leader and has remained fiercely loyal to the club during difficult periods and when linked with big-money moves

The Everton stopper said: “Obviously everyone knows how happy I am at Everton but I’m not going to go too much into it. I’ve got my England head on for the next two days.

“I just want to get the qualification, get the win tomorrow and hopefully get another cap and hit number 80. That’s my sole focus at the minute.”
