Everton players have had a positive international break so far. Jordan Pickford made history for England this week, while Iliman Ndiaye, Idrissa Gana Gueye, and Vitalii Mykolenko all contributed to impressive international wins on Friday.

Ndiaye registered two assists for Senegal in their thumping 5-0 win over South Sudan, a match that also featured Blues midfielder Idrissa Gueye. Meanwhile, Mykolenko also grabbed an assist as Ukraine beat Iceland 5-3 in the World Cup qualifiers.

Ndiaye and Gueye started for Senegal and helped them clinch all three points as they maintain their position at the top of Group B with one matchday remaining of the African World Cup qualifiers.

Ndiaye provided two assists to his teammates, setting up Ismalia Sarr to score the opener before squaring the ball to Sadio Mane to double their advantage. Ndiaye and Gueye both were on the field for 72 minutes before being substituted off.
