Rasmus Hojlund could still find success in the Premier League - despite being shipped out by Manchester United.

That's the view od Denmark manager Brian Riemer, who has declared it would have to be at a 'well-functioning team'.

His apparent dig at United comes after the forward continued his impressive form since leaving Old Trafford.

Hojlund joined Napoli on a season-long loan on transfer deadline day.

His move to the Serie A champions will be made permanent if they qualify for the Champions League this term.

The 22-year-old has already scored seven goals in nine matches for club and country following his switch to Italy.

That tally was boosted in Denmark's World Cup qualifying win over Belarus on Thursday night, which also included an assist.

Following the match, Riemer addressed Hojlund's current scoring form, but dismissed the idea he is better suited to Italian football.
