Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has indicated when the possible return dates for Youri Tielemans and James Justin could be.
Foxes fans are going to be delighted whilst reading this article – and that I can assure you of! It appears as though Tielemans and Justin are imminent returns to the Leicester side.
LCFC manager Brendan Rodgers said as much during his most recent pre-match press conference prior to the Aston Villa game. In fact, according to the gaffer, Tielemans and Justin may even be ready for selection for Sunday’s clash. Although it is extremely unlikely either will start.

Tielemans has been unavailable for three consecutive Premier League outings; his last fixture was at Leeds United’s Elland Road. Justin, on the other hand, has been inactive since midway through the 2020/21 season due to a fairly major anterior cruciate ligament problem.
This is what Rodgers confirmed, with an away trip to play Napoli in Italy on Thursday December 9 following playing the Villans:
“Youri’s [Tielemans is] back in training.
“James Justin is back in training. It might be too soon at the weekend, but both boys are back in with the training squad.”
A look ahead to Aston Villa v Leicester City
Steven Gerrard could be without the exciting and occasionally deadly winger Leon Bailey this weekend as the east Midlands team face off with regional rivals Villa. Gerrard expects to have left-back Matt Targett fit, but will have to find a suitable replacement for Bailey.
Leicester should start with the same lineup which drew at Southampton on Wednesday evening; I can’t envision why would Rodgers alter the team at all to be honest, as previously alluded to with regard to the Belgium international’s presumed lack of sharpness.
FoL views the contest as a well-matched one, a more difficult task than usual for the Foxes with a new, adroit manager still receiving extra efforts from a squad attempting to impress. However, LCFC must begin winning these types of meetings if they are serious about claiming that elusive top four spot.
