Mikel Arteta has confirmed Gabriel Magalhaes, Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard are all fit and available for Arsenal’s Champions League clash with Sporting.
‘Yes, yes and yes,’ the Arsenal boss said when asked if the trio were ready to feature in Tuesday’s quarter-final first leg in Lisbon.
On Jurrien Timber and Bukayo Saka, Arteta added: ‘They haven’t travelled and not ready yet.
‘Hopefully for the weekend if everything goes well.’
On his thoughts and feelings after a difficult few days for the club, Arteta explained: ‘Have some perspective how difficult what we have done up till now. Feel the pain, use it to improve.
