Radu Dragusin has struggled at Tottenham Hotspur ever since he arrived from Genoa in January 2024.

The Romanian international was viewed as a valuable signing for Spurs at the time to add much-needed squad depth to a side that struggled with injuries then and has continued to ever since. Things haven’t really worked out for the giant centre-back in N17. He has often been far from convincing whenever on the pitch, with his defensive shortcomings coming under the scanner.

Radu Dragusin returned in late December 2025 from an ACL injury. He was actually enjoying a run in the first XI last season, only for a serious ACL injury sustained in January to ruin his progress. The 24-year-old is not at the level of first-choice centre-back pairing Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven, and even their back-up, Kevin Danso, yet he was a coveted commodity back in the winter transfer window.
