Snoop Dogg has left a memorable impression in more ways than one on his first-ever visit to Swansea so far this week.

The iconic American rapper became a minority investor at the Welsh club in July and was made his first visit to the Swansea.com Stadium on Tuesday night as his side drew 1-1 with Preston North End.

His arrival was welcomed before kick-off by Swansea fans on a seven-minute lap of honour when he was greeted with twirling towels - a staple action for supporters in American sports.

However, the 54-year-old whipped a different set of Swansea locals into a frenzy on Monday with a surprise guest appearance.

Snoop Dogg did an invitation-only gig for Au Vodka staff members at their canteen in the city.

The canteen, where staff were playing ping pong and pool just 24 hours earlier, was transformed into a nightclub with more than 400 guests.
