Newcastle United are back in Champions League action this week as they aim to continue making history in the European competition. The Magpies have never reached the knockout stages before as they take on Qarabag in a two-legged play-off.

Head coach Eddie Howe is meeting the media to preview the tie in Azerbaijan. Newcastle made the 2,500-mile trip to Baku and will train in the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium after Howe's press conference.

The Magpies manager will give updates on the injury status of key quartet Joelinton, Lewis Miley, Sven Botman and Yoane Wissa who are all doubts for the tie. He will also talk about the threat of Qarabag as he looked to guide Newcastle into the last 16 of Europe's top competition.

Howe will be joined by Newcastle winger Anthony Elanga.
