Eddie Howe's explosive reaction at the end of Newcastle United's 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the capital spoke volumes about this victory.

This win stopped the rot for Howe and silenced doubters for a while after ending a run of three straight defeats in the top-flight. As the players and backroom staff went over to acknowledge the travelling fans at the end of the night, Howe's emotions spilled over and the head coach punched the air in wild delight.
