Wycombe Wanderers signed Alex Lowry from Rangers in January 2025. He could be on the move again, a year after leaving Ibrox, but Danny Röhl’s side won’t benefit from it.

Expressen now report of interest from Sweden in the Rangers youth product. According to their information, Helsingborgs IF want to take him away from Wycombe Wanderers.

The UK winter market closed on Monday while the Swedish window is open until March 31st. This allows Helsingborgs IF to sign the Ibrox product in their current window.

The 22-year-old is a product of Rangers’ youth system. He made his way into their senior team in 2022 but didn’t get regular minutes at Ibrox.

To put it in context, the attacking midfielder player 503 minutes from 15 matches for Rangers. In search of regular minutes, he left Ibrox for Wycombe Wanderers, several months before Röhl arrived at the club.

His decision to leave Rangers for the League One side has seen him play 1,400 minutes from 34 matches. Helsingborgs IF now want to sign the Wycombe Wanderers player and are trying to secure his services on loan.
