Here is the xG from the Wolves game in which we didn’t play well but won. The first 30 minutes were dull with an xG of Wolves 0.12 and AFCB 0.10. But then Kroupi scored a great goal with a build-up from Scott and Adli. At half time, the xG was Wolves 0.1,2 AFCB 0.31. The second half was also flat in the opening exchanges, and at the hour mark, the xG was with Wolves 0.17, AFCB 0.37. Wolves then applied the pressure and created many chances, which, whilst not golden, were often wasted in near-comical fashion. In the 64th minute, Arokodare gained from a Hill slip and smashed the ball where Petrovic was (3 in 10). Seven minutes later, Strand Larsen followed up a Petrovic save and shot wide (1 in 5).
