Alan Shearer insists Unai Emery is doing an 'unbelieveable' job at Aston Villa, but admits he wouldn't swap Eddie Howe for anyone at Newcastle United right now.

The two managers go head to head in Sunday's Premier League match at St James' Park, with Newcastle looking to close the gap on third-placed Villa.

The Birmingham side have stormed up the table since a slow start, and booked their place in the last 16 of the Europa League with a 1-0 win over Fenerbahce on Thursday night.

Newcastle have struggled for consistency, with injuries hampering their progress amid a grueling Champions League and Carabao Cup schedule, but have looked in better form in recent months, and come into this one on the back of a four-match unbeaten run in the Premier League, while Villa lost 1-0 at home to Everton last weekend.
