Everton could be without a number of players for their Premier League trip to Aston Villa this weekend.

David Moyes’ side come into the match on the back of being dumped out of the FA Cup on penalties by Sunderland at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

In the league, the Toffees have won only one of their last six games but have lost just one of their last five away league matches, winning three during that period.

Moyes will, however, remain without centre-back Michael Keane after he was sent off in the 1-1 draw against Wolves for tugging Tolu Arokodare’s hair in the second half, an incident deemed as violent conduct.

Everton were unsuccessful in their bid to overturn the sanction, meaning Keane will miss the trip to Villa Park.

Jack Grealish, meanwhile, will return to action after serving a one-match ban against Sunderland, following his red card for a second bookable offence in the Wolves draw.

On Saturday, Everton were without Jarrad Branthwaite, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Seamus Coleman, and Charly Alcaraz due to injury.
