Andrew Cavenagh looks ready to heavily back Danny Rohl at Rangers in the winter transfer window.

The American owners are expected to continue their investment in January, following an approximate net spend of £20million in the summer at the Gers.

Tochi Chukwuani and Tuur Rommens are expected at Ibrox soon, with the Light Blues spending around £7m on the Denmark youth international and Belgian left-back.

Apart from the Sturm Graz midfielder and Westerlo defender, Sunderland’s Dan Neil and Romaine Mundle are also targets for Rohl, and the Glaswegian outfit may now be able to convince another player to join them.
