Manchester United’s Melvine Malard is leading the Golden Boot race this season with five goals to her name in seven games.

Malard scored a brace in both of her first two games this season as United got their season off to a quick start with convincing wins against Leicester and London City Lionesses.

While the winger has been playing well in the past two months, Malard’s scoring production slowed down in October.

The French star netted her fifth of the season against Everton before the international break and she gained some momentum while away with her country with a goal against Germany.
