Liverpool sealed an impressive 1-0 Champions League victory over Real Madrid at home on Tuesday evening. Alexis Mac Allister scored the only goal, ensuring Trent Alexander-Arnold's first game back at Anfield ended in defeat.

Curtis Jones was the only player to return from the treatment room, having missed Liverpool's last two games with a groin issue. The victory keeps the Reds in contention for a top-eight finish and direct qualification to the knockout rounds.
