Jadon Sancho has been warned by Alan Shearer he has to 'get his attitude right' following a disappointing start to his loan move at Aston Villa.

The 25-year-old winger has struggled to find his form ever since his £73million move to Manchester United in 2021. He has been sidelined by two United managers in Erik ten Hag and Ruben Amorim which has led to three loan moves away: first to former club Borussia Dortmund, then to Chelsea, and now Villa. 

Sancho, who is yet to start a league game for his new team, slumped to a new low last weekend when he was subbed on and then later hooked by Unai Emery during Villa's 1-0 victory against Manchester City.

'I don't know what's going on with Jadon Sancho in terms of his training or his life, I'm not party to that,' Shearer told Betfair.
