Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has shared that he is 'progressing a lot' in his recovery from injury, making use of an anti-gravity machine as part of his rehabilitation process.

The 26-year-old sustained an injury to the medial collateral ligament in his left knee during a match against West Ham United and has been sidelined ever since, missing international duty and being ruled out for several weeks by manager Mikel Arteta.

Odegaard is anticipated to be out of action until after the November international break, potentially setting his sights on the North London derby against Tottenham on November 23.

The former Real Sociedad star has had his fair share of injuries this season, including a shoulder problem that also kept him out of action. Despite these setbacks, the Gunners star is keen to return to action.

Odegaard has disclosed that he has begun to move around more and feels his rehabilitation is progressing well, which has been a source of motivation for him, reports the Mirror.
