Nicola Carragher has shared how proud she is of her and Liverpool FC legend, Jamie Carragher's two children. The married couple regularly share insights of their family life on social media and have often spoken about the achievements of their son James and daughter Mia.

The latest update from Nicola comes after Mia landed a lead role in The Hunger Games on stage and James returned to football action for Wigan after two months out with a knee injury. A post shared by Nicola on her Instagram account showed the proud parents with their daughter Mia and a screenshot from Wigan's X account, saying: "Welcome back, Carra."

Nicola captioned the post: "Yesterday was a good day, watching my girl who is an absolute superstar in the evening, like I have no words. Knowing my boy came on in the day after two months out recovering from injury and operation. You both will always be the greatest thing I have ever done in my life, my heart can't deal."
