Alexander Isak is a doubt for Liverpool's clash with Brentford.

As many as eight stars could miss Liverpool's clash with Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium this afternoon. Arne Slot's side are looking to stop their run of three successive defeats with a win against the Bees. In the league, they have lost to Crystal Palace, Chelsea, and Manchester United.

The Reds did bounce back emphatically against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League in midweek. Liverpool thrashed the Bundesliga outfit 5-1, with Hugo Ekitike among the goals against his former side.

However, Slot's side picked up a number of injury concerns during that win on the road. Jeremie Frimpong was forced off in the early stages of the win.

"Jeremie is not in a good place," Slot revealed in his pre-match press conference. "What I mean with that is he is definitely not going to play tomorrow or next week. [A] hamstring injury so that's going to take a while."
