The Austrian warned Pep Guardiola he would “solve” his tactical shape in the FA Cup final last season weeks before he actually did, and a similar warning has now been issued to Arteta.

Glasner – who Manchester United admire – told the official CPFC website on Wednesday that he knows “exactly” what his Crystal Palace side must do to stifle Arsenal, saying: “It’s not the first time we’ll play Arsenal.
