Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing a move for a former Barcelona man, but they face competition from their London rivals for the player.

It appears that the Lilywhites are keeping a close eye on the Brazilian market ahead of the January window.

For several weeks, we have been hearing that Tottenham are considering a move for Vasco Da Gama winger Rayan, who looks set to be the next young export from the South American country to Europe.

It has now emerged that Thomas Frank’s men also have their eyes on another young Brazilian forward, who has already flopped in Europe.

The player in question is Vitor Roque, who has been tipped for big things since his early teen years.

The striker joined Barcelona in 2024, but the move did not work out for the youngster, who returned to Brazil at the start of this year.

The 20-year-old has revived his career at Palmeiras, having found the back of the net 17 times in 46 gams this season.

According to Goal Brazil, Roque’s strong performances this season have attracted the interest of both Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.
