Norwich City attacker Ante Crnac will be out for the rest of the season after rupturing his ACL knee ligament.

Crnac sustained the injury in Tuesday's 1-0 defeat by Derby County and will require surgery.

The 21-year-old, who has made 12 appearances this season, joined the Canaries in the 2024-25 season on a four-year contract from Polish side Rakow Czestochowa.

"It's not good news, he's ruptured his ACL and will be out for the rest of the season. He'll need surgery. It's hugely disappointing for him and for us," Norwich boss Liam Manning told the club website, external.

"You could see walking off the pitch, he was devastated.

"He's had some people around him picking him up the last few days. I keep coming back to the word disappointed."
