Arsenal’s growing interest in Rayan could soon enter a decisive phase. Super-agent Pini Zahavi is now officially authorised to handle the forward’s move to Europe. 

The update is revealed by Calciomercato.it. It may prove significant for the Gunners, given Zahavi’s extensive network across the Premier League.

According to journalist Daniele Trecca, the agent has been granted a formal mandate to negotiate with European clubs on behalf of the Vasco da Gama striker. 

That could make a difference for Arsenal, who have been closely monitoring the 19-year-old. Zahavi is known to have strong ties in England and has worked on several major Premier League transfers, which could simplify a potential move for Rayan.

The Italian report confirms that AC Milan and AS Roma have been following Rayan since the summer. Roma would face registration issues due to the player’s lack of an EU passport, given their slots are taken. Milan, however, could move as early as 2026. 

PSG have also made recent enquiries, while FC Porto saw a €12m plus bonuses bid rejected in the last window.
