Tyler Dibling is being shown clips of Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery as inspiration for his development. While the teenager is yet to enjoy a standout moment on the pitch since joining Everton in the summer, staff behind-the-scenes at Finch Farm have been pleased with what they have seen of him so far.

Work to aid his progress has included seeking advice from team-mate Jack Grealish while also looking at Robben and Ribery.

All three have used their guile, intelligence and dribbling ability to become key components of Champions League winning sides.

David Moyes wants Dibling to become more than a creative force, with the Blues boss keen to help the 19-year-old develop a ruthless streak.
