Derby County Women will continue their FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division campaign when they travel to the Versa Sportswear Stadium to face Hull City Ladies on Sunday (2pm kick-off).

The Ewes will be looking to bounce back from a 3-0 defeat at home to West Bromwich Albion, which ended a four-game winning streak in all competitions – including picking up six points in the league against Halifax and Sporting Khalsa.

The unbeaten run saw Head Coach Sam Griffiths nominated for the FA Women’s National League Manager of the Month award for September.

Currently in ninth place, Derby could climb as high as sixth with a win, ahead of two weeks of cup action on the road, with fixtures against Real Bedford in the FA WNL Cup First Round (Sunday 19th October, 2pm kick-off) and Coventry Sphinx Ladies in Round One of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup (Sunday 26th October, 2pm kick-off).
