With six Premier League games now gone, we take a look at the yellow card tally of the Tottenham players to see if any of them have to worry about a suspension in the near future.

While there is plenty of optimism at Spurs at the start of the Thomas Frank era, some Tottenham fans are now getting concerned about the team’s inability to break down teams.

Tottenham once again struggled to create chances against Wolves, with Thomas Frank agreeing that Spurs have to be a lot better offensively.

This is now becoming a bit of a theme with the Lilywhites, who also struggled to fashion opportunities at home against Villarreal and Bournemouth.

It is undeniable that Spurs have improved defensively under the Dane, with the North Londoners having kept five clean sheets in eight matches across all competitions this season.

Another aspect where the team has seen a marked improvement is in their disciplinary record.

Players in the Premier League have to serve a one-match suspension if they accumulate five yellow cards in the first half of the season (until gameweek 19).
